What warranty do I have on your products?

Yes, we welcome phone calls! You can reach us, from Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm PST.

Can I buy something in person at your office?

No. We're exclusively an online retailer. You can buy Meiniao products on our website.

Shipping

Where do you ship from?

Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Hongkong, Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.

International orders are shipped to our international hub in Pennsylvania. From there, the package is sent to your destination.

How much is shipping?

We offer free standard shipping (1-2 Weeks) over one pieces.
