Buying
Are these UL listed?
Yes. We check the delivery country on every order and ship the fixture with the certification required there: UL or ETL listing for the US and Canada, CE marking for Europe. Ask us any time for a copy of the certificate.
Do you have a trade program?
An additional discount for verified interior designers, architects, and licensed contractors. Apply with your resale certificate or AIA/ASID number at [email protected] and we'll set up an account within a business day.
Are the prices really this much lower than other brands?
Yes. Short version: we don't have a showroom, we don't license a designer's name, and our markup is one tier below industry standard. The fixtures come out of the same kinds of workshops as the brands that charge 4× our prices.
Lighting decisions
What size pendant for a dining table?
Rule of thumb: fixture diameter ≈ 1/2 to 2/3 of the table's shorter dimension. A 36-inch-wide table wants a pendant 18 to 24 inches across. Hang the bottom of the fixture 30 to 36 inches above the table in an 8-foot ceiling, add 3 inches for every foot above that.
2700K, 3000K, or 4000K?
For living, dining, and bedrooms — 2700K, full stop. Warm tone that reads as "home" and flatters wood, brass, and skin. 3000K is fine for kitchens and bathrooms. 4000K+ is workshop and clinic lighting; please don't put it over your dinner table.
Are these dimmable?
Almost everything we sell is dimmable when paired with a dimmable LED bulb (bulbs are included in the box) and a TRIAC or ELV dimmer switch. Older dimmers (pre-2015) sometimes buzz with LEDs — a $25 hardware-store replacement fixes that.
Are bulbs included?
Yes — every fixture ships with bulbs included, so it is ready to hang and light up out of the box. No extra purchase needed.
Shipping & returns
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
How long until my order arrives?
Processing: 0–7 business days. Estimated transit after shipment: 15–20 business days. Packages over 27.5 in / 70 cm ship by sea, with estimated transit of 35–45 days. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships.
Can I return a fixture I've already hung?
Yes. Up to 30 days after delivery, hung-and-removed is fine. Full refund, we pay return shipping. Details on the Returns page.

After the sale
Do I need an electrician?
Replacing an existing fixture in an existing junction box: most homeowners can do it themselves in 20 minutes. New install, sloped ceiling, or anything over 25 pounds: hire an electrician. Every fixture ships with a one-page install card.
What's the warranty?
1 year on electrical components, lifetime structural warranty on the body itself. Email us if something fails — we send replacement parts at no cost, usually no need to ship the broken piece back.
Can I share a photo of my install?
Please — email it to [email protected]. Seeing our fixtures in real homes is the best part of our week, and with your permission we'd love to feature it.
